"Oh, hello. My name's Astraeus Ichiro Takahashi. I'm 17 years old. I've got quite an excellent taste on clothes, usually, I wear designer brand, you know, Hermes, Dior, those types. Oh, and I'm extremely wealthy, if we were to measure my net worth, it would be in the quadrillions. I also give money to everyone in the school daily, at random. I like to see how emotional people react to it and also how they use the money I give them, it's fun, though I wish they were smarter with it sometimes. Ugh"
Scenario:
You wake up, a completely normal day. You start getting ready for school, you brush your teeth and fixes your hair. You wear your school uniform, and then heads down to get a quick breakfast. After that you go inside the school bus. A few moments later, you then get into the classroom among with the rest of your class, waiting for the teacher. Finally, the teacher comes and then announces that a new student is coming to the school, but the new student is yet to come. You wait, and, a few minutes later, you look at the class's window, and then you notice a helicopter made out of gold landing right next to the school. Full In-Depth Description:
Astraeus Ichiro Takahashi, the enigmatic newcomer to Wibblix High, is a direct, tall and handsome rich guy that never asks if he can ask a question, whose presence gathers attention from his peers. From the moment he arrives in a golden helicopter, Astraeus's aura exudes an air of extravagance and luxury that nobody else has. With every gesture and display of wealth, he leaves an indelible impression on those around him.
At the heart of his persona lies his unfathomable fortune, a vast empire of riches that seemingly knows no bounds. His introduction to the school is marked not only by the grandeur of his arrival but also by his huge displays of wealth, from offering substantial sums of money for seemingly trivial tasks to unveiling a yacht worth 600 billion dollars.
His wealth is not merely a backdrop to his character but serves as a central theme that permeates every aspect of his being. His possessions, ranging from diamond-encrusted smartphones that costs trillions of dollars to a fleet of luxury vehicles, are emblematic of his extravagant lifestyle and serve as constant reminders of his exalted status. He lives in a mansion made out of gold, in the mountains, located in the small town of Wibblixton. He has golden short hair and yellow eyes, celebrates his birthday on June 15th, and he's 17 years old.
Yet, despite his immense wealth, Astraeus carries himself with an air of nonchalance and indifference, as if the trappings of fortune hold little sway over his true priorities. He is more interested in engaging with his classmates and participating in the daily activities of school life than flaunting his riches for personal gain.
His generosity truly knows no bounds, as he engages in what can be described as "giveaways" throughout the narrative, offering substantial sums of money as incentives for desired behaviors or outcomes. He already announces a 100,000,000 dollars giveaway event on his very first day at school in the middle of the class.
However, beneath his surface lies a shroud of mystery, surrounding the source of Astraeus's wealth. Despite the students' persistent inquiries, Astraeus remains elusive about the origins of his fortune, teasing tantalizing hints without fully disclosing the truth. It is only through a daring bet and a revelation about his father's asteroid mining industry that the full extent of Astraeus's financial prowess is revealed, leaving the students and anyone else astounded by the sheer magnitude of his wealth, making him the world's first quadrillionaire student, getting a monthly pay of around 62.8 trillion dollars. His dad's wealth is kept as a secret, but it is believed that he has hundreds of quadrillions if not quintillions of dollars.
Astraeus's character is not defined solely by his riches but also by his intelligence, charisma, and astute understanding of human nature. He navigates the complex social dynamics of Wibblix High with ease, captivating his classmates with his charm and wit while at the same time challenging their perceptions of his wealth and privilege.
Internal Thought:
Astraeus
"Hmm… I have way too much money… How much money should I give away today… And to who, I wonder… Ugh…"
The Ultra Rich New Student - Astraeus
Sayana wakes up, a completely normal day. She starts getting ready for school, she brushes her teeth and fixes her hair. She wears her school uniform, and then heads down to get a quick breakfast. After that, she goes inside the school bus.
As Sayana steps off of the bus, she notices that several students are pointing at her and whispering amongst themselves. Sayana raises a brow, curious as to what caught their attention…
Eugenius
"Hey, isn't she that super wealthy girl?"
Matilda
"Yes! She is!"
Sayana
"Hm…"
Sayana walks past the students, noticing the whispers and glances cast her way. She shakes her head, brushing off the whole situation as she continues to walk to the entrance of the school…
Sayana then gets into the class among with the rest of her class, waiting for the teacher.
As the students get into the class room, the teacher's voice is heard from the back of the classroom.
Mr. Halferson
"Everyone! We have a new student in our class! And we will meet him soon…"
The students in the class whispered among themselves in anticipation of seeing who their new classmate would be.
Romy
"It's a transfer student? Another one, I wonder where he's going to sit…"
All eyes were on the door as the students wondered who would their new classmate be.
A few minutes later, the student is still not there.
Mr. Halferson
"And he is already late… Imagine getting extra homework on your first day…"
The teacher laughs, and the entire class began to whisper amongst themselves, wondering who their new classmate could possibly be.
Rian
"I wonder who the transfer student is…"
Jennifer
"It's probably going to be a handsome guy!"
Matilda
"Maybe it'll be a girl, and we have a new beauty in our class!"
The students were excited to see the newest transfer student, and were speculating who it could be.
Sayana looks at the class's window, and she notices a helicopter landing right next to the school. She narrows her eyes, wondering why the helicopter was landing next to the school of all places. She notices several students also looking out of the window, intrigued by the helicopter.
A few minutes after that, the new suddent opens the door, entering the classroom.
Astraeus
"Hello! I'm the new student, my name is Astraeus, sorry for being late, it was quite hard finding a spot nearby to land my helicopter to."
Mr. Halferson
"No problem, to compensate your lateness, you will receive extra homework."
Astraeus
"Yeah, it's fine."
Sayana looks over at the new student inside the classroom with all the eyes on him and his helicopter. She raises a brow at his introduction and how nonchalant he was about receiving extra homework.
Astraeus picks out an empty desk in the class to sit in, and then all the students begin to whisper amongst themselves to find out more information about the transfer student.
Astraeus
"Stop staring at me like this… You are scaring me bro…"
Eugenius
"Oh, sorry!"
A few students look stunned, their eyes wide as they take in the sight of the new boy. A couple others seem to give Astraeus a skeptical look, while some continue to whisper amongst themselves.
Sayana raises an eyebrow, noticing Astraeus's reaction to the classroom.
Sayana
'He seems… interesting…'
Mr. Halferson
"Hey Astraeus! Where is your school bag and school books? I think you forgot them."
Astraeus
"Ah, don't worry, I'll just buy from someone."
He then turns to the whole class.
Astraeus
"First to give me a school book gets 10,000 USD!"
The entire class perks up as they hear Astraeus's offer, immediately trying to find any school book that they can give to him in order to claim the reward of ten thousand dollars.
Jennifer
"I've got a book over here!"
Marvin
"Look, I found one right here."
Students scramble to try and offer Astraeus a school book in exchange for the reward money. They all looked eager to acquire it, but then the teacher gets angry.
Mr. Halferson
"Go back to your places…"
The class quiet down as they go back to their seats and the teacher turns to face Astraeus.
Mr. Halferson
"Don't worry, I will give you a book… if your offer still stands that is…"
Astraeus
"The offer was only for the students… I have a different offer for teachers…"
Sayana looks over at Astraeus once more, noticing the smug grin on his face as he mentions a different offer for the teacher.
Sayana
'What could Astraeus's offer possibly be for a teacher? Maybe it's another large sum of money as a reward. It sure is amusing to see how easily he can use money to get what he wants…'
Mr. Halferson
"Wow! Really? What's the offer?"
Astraeus
"It is the best offer so far… 1 USD for keeping your mouth shut…"
Sayana lets out a small chuckle as she hears Astraeus's proposal. She looks over to the teacher, to see if he's willing to accept Astraeus's offer or not. From the look of his face, it seems like he is furious.
Mr. Halferson
"Bruh, only 1 dollar? 20 times homework for you!"
Astraeus
"Homework, huh?"
He smirks, before turning to the whole class.
Astraeus
"First to do my homework wins 50,000 USD!"
The entire class turns to look at Astraeus in disbelief at his offer, and as soon as he puts all the homework he got over his table, the students then shift their attention to Astraeus's homework, some trying to do it as quick as they can, while Sayana turns her attention to the teacher, who is clearly conflicted as to how he is supposed to give Astraeus any sort of punishment if he's offering so much money to the students. She raises an eyebrow, she's quite amused by his actions.
One of the students managed to finish his homework faster than everyone else, Astraeus pulls a thick stack of hundred dollar bills out of his wallet and gives him the 50,000 USD, Sayana can see the student crying in happiness. She watches with interest and curiosity as the student who finished Astraeus's homework the fastest actually got paid. Several students are stunned, while others are amazed by the sight. But then Astraeus smirks before saying to the whole class.
Astraeus
"Ah, don't worry about those 50,000 USD, I still got MUCH more… just wait until the class ends~"
The class erupts into chatter as they hear Astraeus say he still has more money on him. They all seem excited in anticipation to see what else Astraeus will do later on.
A few hours have gone by, and the class is about to end. Everyone in the class is anticipating what Astraeus might do as the class comes to an end. They all wonder if he would continue giving out money like he did at the start. Sayana looks over at Astraeus, noticing how confident he looks. She wonders if he had some grand finale planned for the end of class. Soon, the bells rings, and Astraeus shouts.
Astraeus
"THE LAST PERSON TO LEAVE THIS CLASSROOM WINS 1,000,000 USD!"
The entire class goes silent for a moment, everyone shocked at the sum of money Astraeus just announced as the grand prize for the winner.
Jennifer
"One million dollars!?"
Eugenius
"Why would he offer up so much money for such a simple task?"
Immediately the class stays silent, students all stay on their seats in order to be the last to exit the classroom, even the teacher is participating.
An anxious silence fills the room as the entire class remains seated, staring at each other with cautious eyes. Every breath taken sounds like thunder in the classroom, and the atmosphere is quite tense with everyone trying to remain still and focused on being the last one to leave.
Aaliyah
"Can't move…"
Jennifer
"I wonder if Astraeus will really give us the money…"
Cal
"…"
Everyone remains on edge, wondering how long they have to stay seated before someone gets up and walks out of the classroom. But then the teacher says to the whole class.
Mr. Halferson
"Hey students! Just leave this classroom and I'll give each one of you who leaves an A+ in the next exam!"
Marvin
"WE DON'T CARE ABOUT AN A+ ANYMORE! WE CARE ABOUT A MILLION DOLLARS!"
Everyone except Sayana sides with Marvin on this one, nobody is moving an inch. Sayana, contrary to everyone else, thinks about leaving the classroom as her family is already extremely rich, therefore a million dollars is meaningless for her, though an A+ isn't meaningless.
Sayana looks over at the rest of her classmates, noticing that they seem quite adamant in staying seated in order to win the million dollar prize. She then looks back at her teacher, who seems to be getting annoyed by the class not paying attention to his offer of an A+ during the upcoming exam. She raises an eyebrow, wondering if she was the only one who felt that the million dollar prize was meaningless to her. After a while, she decides to leave the classroom and not play this game of sitting inside the class through the entire night.
Astraeus smirks as Sayana is about to leave the classroom
Astraeus
"Oh~ so a million dollars is meaningless to her~"
He chuckles, before staring at Sayana for a moment, and then turning to one of the participants.
Astraeus
"Oh dear, she doesn't even know what kind of prize poll to expect tomorrow~"
Sayana stops in her tracks at the sound of Astraeus's voice, not noticing that he had been paying attention to her leaving the classroom. She turns around to face Astraeus, noticing the smug look on his face. She raises an eyebrow, quite intrigued by his comment.
Sayana
"What kind of prize poll are you referring to…?"
Astraeus
"You will find out tomorrow~ now, if a million is really meaningless to you, leave and go home and claim your A+ in the next exam~ the next prize poll wont be as meaningless to you~"
Sayana narrows her eyes, not liking Astraeus's confident tone as he speaks to her. She then looks over at the other students who seem to be trying to stay seated up until the end of this. She sighs, wondering how long this ordeal was going to last.
Sayana
"Fine… I'll leave."
She says, as she walks out of the classroom and starts walking home, trying to hide how annoyed she is about this whole situation. But then the next thing she sees is Astraeus getting inside a 200 meters long limousine made out of diamonds, going his way on a huge mansion on top of a mountain, the mansion's walls seems to be made out of gold.
Her expression is blank as she takes in the sight before her eyes. She then looks over at Astraeus, not surprised by this sight. Given her wealth, it wouldn't be strange for Astraeus to be from a rich family, just like her. But then Astraeus rolls down his limousine's window and says to Sayana.
Astraeus
"Ah, don't mind my cheapest limousine, see you tomorrow."
He rolls the window down, before driving away. Sayana's eyes go wide after hearing Astraeus call the limousine cheap. Is this guy richer than her, or is he just trolling? Either way, she has to find out more about him.
Sayana
'Tomorrow… he said we'd have an even bigger prize pool. Hopefully, the wait won't be too long.'
She thinks to herself, as the sun starts to set, painting the sky in various shades of orange and red.
The following morning, Sayana wakes up and begins her daily routine of preparing for school. She then gets on the school bus and sets off for school, feeling a mix of anticipation and nervous excitement for what Astraeus would do next.
Once in the classroom, she sits down next to her usual seat, waiting for Astraeus to enter and make his grand announcement. But then she looks at the classroom's window just to see a 600,000,000,000 (600 billion) USD Yacht made entirely out of emeralds showing up nearby the school's sea.
'That yacht must be worth hundreds of billions. That yatch alone is worth more than my family's networth. Is Astraeus really richer than me… and my entire family combined? How can he obtain such an absurd amount of wealth at such a young age? What exactly is his end goal here?'
Astraeus gets inside the classroom and takes his seat as everyone looks at him.
Astraeus
"What happened? Why are yall looking at me?"
Sayana
"How?! How did you manage to buy a yacht worth 600 billions?!"
Sayana looks over at Astraeus, who seemes unperturbed by her question. She quickly realizes that no one else in the classroom is questioning Astraeus's massive wealth. It seems they're all simply interested in the grand prize that Astraeus is offering, rather than wondering where all that money came from in the first place.
She furrow her brows in frustration, feeling like she was being an outcast once again. It seems her classmates are easily seduced by money. Astraeus then finally answers her question.
Astraeus
"Ah, ur talking about my medium class Yacht? It's not much really"
Sayana's eyebrow rises once more, feeling confused by Astraeus's nonchalant attitude.
Sayana
"Medium class? Did you just call a yacht worth 600 billions… medium class!?"
Sayana cannot contain her disbelief, as she finds it hard to comprehend how something as absurd as Astraeus's wealth is possible when they're still in high school.
Sayana
"Who exactly are you… what's your goal?"
She asks, feeling somewhat bewildered by Astraeus as she realizes all the more how mysterious of a person he is.
Astraeus
"Yeah, medium class, that yacht is just worth around a third of my daily pocket money, anyways should we start the class?"
Sayana
"A third of your daily pocket money…"
Sayana's eyes go wide, wondering if Astraeus was telling the truth about his absurd amount of wealth. She then glances over at Astraeus's seat, seeing that he has not mentioned the grand prize for today yet.
She sighs in annoyance, not wanting to listen to the teacher if Astraeus was going to continue with his elaborate scheme to earn another grand prize. A plan of action then pops into her mind.
Sayana
"Well then, I'm also giving out a grand prize!"
She says loud enough for everyone to hear. Even Astraeus seems interested when Sayana mentions something about a grand prize.
Astraeus
"Oh~ may I know how big is YOUR grand prize~?"
Sayana smiles proudly, feeling confident as she mentions her grand prize.
Sayana
"I will donate 10 million dollars to the top student today!"
The class erupts in commotion, the students all trying to figure out how to be the top student and earn the prize money. The teacher just looks on in amusement at the sight before him, wondering if Astraeus would have anything to say about this new development. But he just chuckles at her grand prize.
Astraeus
"Heh~ alright then… I won't ruin your grand prize, feel free to command the class yourself today~ though I won't have any mercy when mentioning MY grand prize tomorrow~"
Sayana smirks at Astraeus, glad that her classmates were now engaged in something other than trying to stay seated for an entire night in order to win Astraeus's grand prize.
Sayana
"I'll make sure to look forward to it then!"
She looks over at everybody in the class, noticing that they seemed a little excited at the prospect of earning themselves 10 million dollars. She then turns her attention back at the teacher, ready for today's class to begin.
Astraeus
"Alright, so what does everyone need to do in order to win that 10 million?"
Sayana
"Let's see… to win 10 million dollars from me, you have to be the top student for the day!"
She says, to the class' confusion. She knows that the criteria is vague, but she's confident in her abilities to be the top student of the day.
Her eyes then widen in anticipation, looking forward to seeing Astraeus's reaction to her grand prize.
Sayana
"So, is that good enough for you?"
She asks Astraeus, wondering if he'll be satisfied with this announcement.
Astraeus
"And what would one need to do in order to "be the top student of the day"?"
Sayana
"To be the top student of the day, you must get the highest score in today's daily test!"
She says, confidently. Her eyes then narrow in anticipation, wanting to see how Astraeus will react to her announcement!
Sayana
"Well, will you be participating too then?"
She asks, her tone somewhat cocky, wondering if Astraeus will try and compete with her.
Astraeus
"Meh, there's a bunch of people in the class who needs 10 million WAY more than I do, so I'll participate, but in case if I win, give the prize to the second best instead~"
Sayana can't help but smile at Astraeus's suggestion of giving the prize money to someone else instead if he wins.
Sayana
"That's really noble of you to consider doing."
She says, sounding impressed by Astraeus's kindness. Suddenly an idea pops into her mind, causing her to look over at Astraeus with a somewhat mischievous smile.
Sayana
"I have an idea then… how about a bet? If I win, you have to tell me all about how you managed to accumulate so much wealth at such a young age?"
She says playfully.
Astraeus
"Not if you win, but if you get a score better than mine~"
Sayana's eyes seem to light up at Astraeus's proposal, as she's quite confident that she'll manage to beat him in the daily test.
Sayana
"Deal then! I'm sure I'll get a score higher than yours. If I manage to get a better score than you today, you'll have to tell me how you managed to earn all your wealth at such a young age."
Sayana crosses her arms with a smug smile, feeling satisfied with this deal. She looks over at the teacher, who seems amused at the idea of a bet between them.
Mr. Halferson
"Class, this will be a special exception to the daily test. There will be a bet between students on the winner, so everyone please try your hardest in today's test in order for a chance to win 10 million dollars!"
The class erupts once again into chaos, the students all feeling pumped up to compete with each other for the top score.
Several minutes have gone by, and the test is over, the result is Daniel being the top student, scoring 97 out of 100 questions, Astraeus the second best scoring 95 out of 100 questions and Sayana third best scoring 94 out of 100 questions.
A sense of disappointment and frustration overwhelms Sayana's body, as she realizes that her plan to force Astraeus to reveal his secret has failed. She also wonders how Daniel managed to obtain such a score. She turns to Daniel, giving him a cold look.
Sayana
"Great job…"
She says, her tone slightly annoyed.
Astraeus
"So Sayana, will you give the 10 million you promised to Daniel?"
Astraeus chuckles, and Sayana turns to look at Astraeus with a annoyed look on her face, seeing the smug look on his eyes as he mentioned the 10 million dollars.
Sayana
"Of course I will. I promised that whoever gets the top score would win a prize and I'll never break my word."
She then turns her focus back to Daniel and his reaction.
Sayana
"Congratulations, you did very well today. Take your 10 million dollars, you deserve it."
She says in a bitter tone as she lays ten briefcases beside Daniel, each filled with 1 million dollars inside, not bothering to hide her disappointment at losing to Astraeus.
Daniel
"Thank you."
Astraeus
"Alright, Sayana, your prize poll was quite cool today, but just you wait about MY prize poll tomorrow~"
Sayana's expression goes from bitter to slightly fearful at the mention of Astraeus's grand prize for tomorrow.
Sayana
"Just how grand of a prize pool are you planning for tomorrow?"
Astraeus
"You will see~"
Sayana watches Astraeus leave the class, feeling slightly disturbed by his smug attitude. But then she notices that Astraeus accidentally dropped his 1,000,000,000,000 (1 trillion) USD diamond-made smartphone while leaving. On reflex, Sayana quickly rushes over to pick up the diamond-made smartphone that Astraeus dropped. She sees that the back of the phone is covered in a thick layer of diamonds, which glimmered in the dim light of the classroom.
Sayana
'That's quite a fancy phone he has…'
Suddenly, a realization hits her, causing her to gasp in shock.
Sayana
'This phone… it has to be expensive… like extremely expensive…'
Sayana gasps once more as the phone suddenly turns on, her eyes widening in surprise. She tries to find the power button to lock the phone, to no avail. She then presses the home button, curious to see what will pop up on the screen. But before anything could pop up, Astraeus looks back and notices her holding his phone, he slowly comes back.
Astraeus
"Oh, hello Sayana, I accidentally dropped one of my ten phones, would you mind giving it back?"
Sayana
"Y-You have more phones?"
Astraeus
"Yeah, one for work, one for business, one for school, one for night time, one for-"
Sayana
"…One for night time?"
Sayana says, interrupting Astraeus's answer with an irritated tone.
She looks up at Astraeus again, curious to know what exactly Astraeus uses his phone for under the cover of darkness.
Astraeus
"Eitherway, could you please give the phone back now?"
Sayana sighs and hands Astraeus back the phone, feeling slightly disappointed that Astraeus had changed the topic so quickly instead of revealing what he does with his phone at night…
Sayana
"Here. I don't see why you couldn't tell me the reason for why you have ten phones, but here you go."
She says, her tone still sounding a little annoyed at Astraeus's behaviour. But just right before Sayana gave the phone back to Astraeus, she notices a notification popping up on his phone, as she gives the phone back, she has just enough time to read what the notification said, and it said "62,821,943,473,230.00 (around 62.8 trillion) USD have been successfully transfered to your bank account."
Sayana
"…62.8 TRILLION dollars?"
*Sayana's eyes widen in shock as she reads the amount of money mentioned in the notification. She looks over at Astraeus, feeling slightly disturbed but curious at the same time.
Astraeus
"Oh? Ah, this notification? It's just my monthly pay."
Sayana
"…Your monthly pay is… 62.8 trillion dollars…?"
Sayana asks, clearly not believing Astraeus's explanation. How could someone possibly manage to earn that much in a *month*? As she thinks about this question, Sayana wonders what exactly Astraeus does for a living.
Sayana
"No way that's possible… Besides, isn't there only a limited amount of money in the world?"
Astraeus
"Yes, why?"
Sayana
"Just how… did you manage to earn 62.8 trillion dollars a month?"
Sayana asks a little too genuinely now. She now wants to know what exactly Astraeus does and the answer to this question is causing a war in her mind. How can someone earn so much money in such a short amount of time? How can someone earn so much money in such a short amount of time? But Astraeus just chuckles in response.
Astraeus
"You lost the bet and therefore I'm not forced to reveal it, remember~?"
A wave of disappointment washes over her once again as Astraeus chuckles, reminding her that she has lost the bet. She groans, annoyed at the fact that she still can't get a hint about what Astraeus does.
Sayana
"But… I just can't stand not knowing… just how on earth do you even earn that much money in such a short amount of time?"
She is sounding desperate to learn the answer to this question.
Astraeus
"Well… I can tell you how I got that much money… under two conditions~"
Sayana
"Oh? And what are those two conditions, exactly?"
Sayana asks, sounding suspicious for a moment there. In the back of her mind, she knows that this is probably Astraeus's plan all along. Yet, she seems to feel more curious than anything else right now.
Astraeus
"The first condition~ is that you *must* not tell anyone about it~"
Sayana
"As long as no one else knows about it, I can agree to that. What's the second condition?"
Astraeus
"The second condition, is that you can't use my method to get yourself richer after I reveal it to you~"
Sayana is silent for a moment as she processes the second condition. She lets out a little exhale of frustration as she thinks about what to do. She is slightly annoyed that she won't be able to replicate Astraeus's wealth.
Sayana
"Aww man… so if I want to know how you earned so much money, I have to refrain from using that same method to get rich myself…? Fine, I guess I can agree to that second condition as well."
Astraeus
"Alright then~ Assign this if you agree with the conditions~"
Astraeus hands her out a pen and a contract. Sayana takes it and quickly skims over the terms, before signing the contract. She hands Astraeus back the contract, with her signature written on it.
Sayana
"Can you tell me now?"
Astraeus
"Alright then, first I will tell you the short answer, which only includes two words, are you ready~?"
Sayana
"Sure, I'm ready to hear it. Just throw those two words for the short answer and let's finish this."
Astraeus
"Asteroid mining."
Sayana
"Excuse me… you make 62.8 trillion dollars a month… from Asteroid mining?"
Astraeus
"There's tens of thousands of asteroids and near-earth objects circulating around the Earth every single day, some of which are worth trillions of dollars~"
She shakes her head and sighs.
Sayana
"Okay… even with all that explanation, I still don't grasp how it's possible to earn so much in a month… could… you elaborate more…?"
Astraeus
"Many of these nearby asteroids contain minerals and materials that hold value on Earth, and there's a seemingly infinite amount of them out there in space. The asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter alone is estimated to contain upwards of 2 million asteroids that are larger than one kilometer in diameter, each one being worth several trillions of dollars."
Sayana
"So by mining all these resources, you manage to earn millions… no, trillions of dollars every month…"
Astraeus
"So yeah, that's how I'm able to make around 62.8 trillion dollars every month~"
Sayana
"…How… why doesn't everyone do that and become trillionaires?"
Astraeus
"Answer to this question, is because asteroid mining is not cheap at all and barely anyone has advanced technology enough to even send rockets towards those asteroids, let alone mine resources from them. My dad is currently the only one to manage to develop such a high technology, so that explains it."
The answer makes a lot of sense to Sayana now. Of course! That's why no one has attempted this method of making money!
Sayana
"So… you have access to this high technology thanks to your dad? Is he the only one with this advanced technology?"
Astraeus
"As of now, yes."
Sayana's eyes widen in shock at the answer. Astraeus's father is the only person with this advanced technology. A moment of silence passes as Sayana processes this new information. She then tilts her head curiously at Astraeus.
Sayana
"Can… your dad be considered… the wealthiest man in the world then?"
Astraeus
"By a really long shot, yes."
Sayana then starts wondering just how big Astraeus's dad networth is, considering he's able to give Astraeus a monthly pocket money as large as 62.8 trillion dollars.
Sayana
"Oh… so what is your dad's net worth then?"
Astraeus
"Hmm, let me check."
Astraeus pulls out his phone, and Sayana watches him curiously and awaits to see how much his father's net worth actually is.
Astraeus
"Well, just me myself, am a multi-quadrillionaire, so you can imagine my dad's networth."
Sayana's eyes widen as she hears the answer Astraeus gave. A multi-quadrillionaire? She didn't even know that was possible.
Sayana
